When an affiliate comes to us with a potential client we will review the case and assist them in making the best possible recommendation to their client. Unlike other offshore service providers, we assist our agents. We do not just provide an offshore company or an offshore bank account to satisfy the need for one. We ask the proper questions in order to make the best possible suggestion to insure that the client's structure will be a long term solution to the client's direct and indirect needs.

When you become an authorized APGI, S.A. agent you will benefit from not only reduces rates, discounts, and special offers but you will also have access to our offices and our offshore consultants. Our offshore consultants will be more than happy to assist you in making your business grow and provide the proper coaching in order to help your clients make the right choice when setting up their offshore structure.

We offer our Reseller / Agent associates one of the best compensation plans on the market. Depending on the jurisdiction, you can receive up to a 25% discount on our services. Unlike other offshore service providers, we do not offer lower commission rates to Reseller / Agent associates who send clients directly to us. All of our commissions are based on a flat rate.

Last year (2006) we had a total of 32 new offshore reseller agents come on board. Of those new agents we have over a dozen who have earned in excess of US$25,000. We have several agents who have received over US$50,000 in agent discounts in 2006.

APGI, S.A. offers a reduced rate on your first offshore company. We offer all of our Reseller / Agents a steep discount on their first company. We suggest that each Reseller / Agent incorporate an offshore company in the Seychelles in order to manage their business if they already do not have one. It is not a requirement to have an offshore structure in place to become a Reseller / Agent but it does help.

Becoming an APGI, S.A. Reseller / Agent is a simple process.

Becoming an APGI, S.A. agent is a simple process and will take about 15 minutes of your time to complete. We do not require fees to sign on as an agent unlike other offshore service providers. Becoming an agent is always free and there are no strings attached. We will need the following information from you in order to establish you as an agent:
