Purpose
Our websites are designed to tell you about us. We deal with matters only in general terms within our sites and emphasize that you must not place any reliance upon the information published on this website. Accordingly, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered.
We will not accept instructions through our websites, as we choose to deal with our clients personally. However, you are welcome to email us an outline of your requirements via our online forms; after which one of our consultants will contact you.
Access to our websites and availability of services
You may only use our websites in such manner as APGI may permit.
APGI administers its websites from its offices in Costa Rica. APGI makes no representation and offers no warranty that materials or services at its websites are appropriate or available for use outside Costa Rica, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
If you choose to access our sites from outside the Costa Rica, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with laws in your place of residence or where you conduct business.
These Legal Warnings will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
You may not use or export or re-export the materials or services on our websites or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right not to accept clients and all clients must accept APGI's Terms of Business.
You are permitted to access our websites for the purposes only of your personal use. You may download and store data on your hard disk for your personal use only.
US Residents and structures which are not US tax neutral
US residents may only seek to retain APGI services if they have obtained, and can provide us with written evidence showing that they have received appropriate legal or tax advice relating to the specific structure they wish to establish and this advice must be from a suitably qualified and licensed US professional. If such documentation is not available then the individual or company assumes all legal liability and responsibility for his/her actions and must sign our indemnification agreement. If the agreement is not signed then the individual or company will not receive services from APGI and any funds sent o us will be retained as consultation fees. The individual or company also waives his or her right to reclaim said funds.
Unacceptable business and activities requiring pre-approval
APGI does not accept clients or administer entities or provide services that are involved with any form of illegal activity. Moreover we place restrictions on the types of clients we accept and the activities of the entities we administer. Full details of these restrictions are shown in Paragraph 2 of our Terms of Business.
Information about our Websites
Nothing in our websites is intended nor should it be interpreted as in any way sanctioning, advocating or condoning, directly or indirectly, the commission of any act or omission by any person or company in any jurisdiction.
Our internet sites are made available on the understanding that neither the publisher nor any author, editor, contributor or consultant or internet service provider or any company referred to herein is engaged in offering or is rendering legal, accounting or other professional advice or services.
Information may be changed or updated without notice. APGI may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the services described in our websites at any time without prior notice.
